If the feed roller speed is too low, it will not only affect the production efficiency of the Raymond mill, but also affect the uniformity of the Raymond mill.
3. Uniformity of the material gate gap. For the Raymond mill, the uniformity of the door gap is one of the important factors affecting the feeding effect. With the continuous development of Raymond Mill technology, the support at one end of the Raymond abrasive door that is currently in production on the market is adjustable. In order to ensure the uniformity of feeding of small feeds, special attention should be paid to the straightness of the door edge in both directions during the machining of the parts.
